We cannot assume so! Never choose a limousine based on price. How do I request a quote for your vehicle hire service?

You can request a quote for a service by submitting our online request a quote form or by phoning or emailing us. We provide the option for customers to request quotes for multiple vehicles, provide details of any special requests, and specify any return journey details or additional journey pickups and drop-offs

How much time before the booking date should I book?

As all our hire vehicles are completely one-of-a-kind, we recommend booking your vehicle as soon as possible, prior to your preferred date and time as we already have bookings as far as 12-18 months in advance. To avoid disappointment, book now.

Do you require a deposit at the time of booking? If so, how much is it?

Yes we do require a certain deposit at the time of booking. It is standard practice for Limousines in Paradise to accept a minimum booking fee of 50% of the total quote for your booking. This securely locks in your limousine and protects it from being booked by another group.

When do we need to finalise payment for the booking?

All bookings need to be paid for in full within 14 working days prior to the booking taking place.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by cash, credit card or bank transfer. When booking, we will request your credit card details (Visa or Mastercard). Payment by Credit Card will attract a surcharge as follows: Mastercard and Visa  2%

Your card details will be held as security on your reservation. Charges will be made upon completion of your request.

Is it ok if we come and visit your showroom in order to view your limousines, luxury sedans and hire cars in person?

Absolutely! Call us now and one of our friendly staff will be glad to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to visit our showroom located at Molendinar, which is only 1 hour from Brisbane CBD and 10 minutes from Surfers Paradise. We always desire meeting with our clients face-to-face and always welcome the opportunity to provide a tour of our exclusive fleet showroom prior to making a booking with us.

Is Alcohol permitted any of the vehicles?

We strictly enforce the minimum age of 18 years and over alcohol by law. Regardless of age for school formals we do not allow any alcohol to be consumed in any vehicles at all. This is a state law. Outside of these parameters, we are happy for you to enjoy yourself responsibly.

We reserve the right to refuse patrons deemed too intoxicated or disorderly to enter our vehicles and this is at the sole discretion of the chauffeur. We definitely encourage you to enjoy yourselves, however we have a responsibility to uphold the safety of our staff and customers. There are glasses provided in the vehicles and you are welcome to BYO to those over 18 years of age.

Are we allowed to smoke in the vehicles?

Smoking is strictly prohibited, however you are allowed to drink inside our vehicles. Please pre-arrange your requirements when booking, including ice. All our limousines are equipped with glassware and champagne flutes for your comfort.

We service Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast as well as Sydney, NSW. Simply call up our friendly team and discuss your location and we can ascertain whether our service would be the best fit for your needs.

Are we allowed to stop to take photos?

Yes, customers are permitted to request stops for taking photos and this time will be included in the total journey time for pricing purposes.

What is the minimum time when hiring a vehicle?

For weddings, the minimum hire time is 2 hours; for all other occasions it is 1 hour. After that, you are charged in 15-minute increments and the rate drops thereafter.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel online or send us an email/phone call up to 4 weeks prior to your booking. In the event of a booking cancellation, we will refund your full amount paid, excluding the deposit paid, provided that it is done up to 4 weeks prior to your booking.
