Payment by Credit/Debit Card will attract a surcharge as follows: Mastercard and Visa 2%

Payment via Afterpay/Ali & Klarna will attract a 5% surcharge

Your credit card is required to reserve your booking. Your card data is secure. Payment will be required once form is submitted to secure your transfer.

You can cancel online up to 4 weeks prior to the appointment. If you request cancellation of your booking, the deposit will be forfeited to cover cost and losses incurred by the company.

You must notify us in writing should you wish to cancel your booking. Cancellations within 30 days of your booked event will require full payment. All deposits and payments are non-transferable.

Please note: The pickup time selected must be the ACTUAL pickup time which means outside ready to depart your pickup address for your destination/cruise. The vehicle cannot wait otherwise overtime charges will occur.
